It's done pretty routinely here in the states. I have one brother that is, one that is not. With some it is a religious preference, with others it is hygiene. I can't say that one has had more or less problems than the other. Not that it really matters much, but we were nominally Catholic. My ex is Polish, from Poland, and is circumcised, and is also a baptised Catholic. With partners, I have not noticed much difference either way. I also know of only one adult male who went the route of circumcision, and it was not pleasant. His was hygiene related.

Oh, and Jester, we can just pull the foreskin back. It really doesn't get much in the way. Some guys claim sex is better with one, but how would they know? Curious minds need to know!!
