I'm reading a number of conflicting reports regarding the exact timeline etc. I think there's probably a fair amount of CYA going on here, and possibly even some outright lying, so I wouldn't put too much stock into any single source at this point.

Both producers and performers in general are far too casual about these these tests, and they also place far too much faith in a negative result meaning you're completely safe. There's a fair amount of unprotected sex taking place off set on days between shoots and off camera during shoots with untested partners, which completely invalidates any recent test.

Having a negative test results doesn't mean a fucking thing other than the person was negative at the time they had their blood sucked.

I watched far too many of my friends die a miserable slow death over the years from AIDS.

This is like having your doctor operate on you without gloves or a mask because the day before they didn't test positive for any diseases.
