On all but one, I'm using square banner ads. You just make a 150x1300 image and put the images/banners in it. Then save it as a jpg in the /images/header directory and it will load itself in the page.
The tricky part (not real tricky, really) is adding the 150x900 transparent gif on top of the 150x1300 image and using it for the link.
