I used the Advertisers for various niches, like hardcore, asian, lesbian, etc. Then, I set up different sponsors under each Advertiser as Campaigns, with different type banners as Zones (standard horiz, vertical, buttons).

I also use "Remote Invocation for Javascript", with a remote java call so I don't have to paste all that text on every page I want the ad to appear on. Just one neat little line.

I haven't been using it very long, so that may not be the best way to do it, but so far it's working great.
