Good morning all. I'm not in the best of moods today because of this hot tub fiasco and I just reamed the hot tub boss a new ass hole about lack of communication and the fact that the tubs still not fixed. He understands our frustration and now knows in no uncertain terms that this gets sorted out quickly or we will have a full refund. Grrrr mutter mutter mutter
