You got to get rid of the nofollow on the recip links, ie the links to sites you are trading links with. That defeats the purpose for you exchange partner. The idea behind nofollow is to set rel="nofollow" on all your affiliate links so they dont "water down" the PR value you are giving to the sites without the nofollow statement. Hurry up and get rid of those nofollows on your trading partner links, otherwise, they'll get pissed and remove your link completely. Also, theres a better way of doing your "latest nubiles" which will let you put a nofollow in those too.
