The really nice thing about the delay (though it's been getting longer, and is kind of annoying) for the freesites is when you think all the "new" traffic to your freesite has died down, you get a big boost to your traffic and mood.
 The wait probably also helps them weed out the sites which go 404 or redirect through automatic means, meaning they have to revew less cheater crap manually. |
