Hmmm... I had a porcupine fall into my outhouse back when I lived in the woods, poor bugger was stuck down there and couldn't get out. I thought of rescuing him, but how the hell would you do that?
So I shot him and I think he would have thanked me for it. With hindsight though I should have stuck a long branch in there so he could climb out, but hindsight is always 20/20.
