I'm still learning how to prepare beans from scratch so last night I put two cups each of black beans, red beans and pinto beans to soak in water overnight for the new batch of chilli I'm making today. OMG they grew into this huge pile that overflowed the bowl they were in when I opened the frig this morning. I guess I know what we will be eating for a while.
Work, gym, cooking, housecleaning and more work is today's plans. |
