Good afternoon.

Took my car in to get snow tires. I didn't mind so much that they cost me C$1,600 (for tires, rims, covers, balancing, installation and 13% tax). I was expecting that. What did bug me is that they let me wait over an hour after my car was finished. I wonder if I didn't inquire about my car if I'd be still waiting in the dealership lounge right now? Anyhow, I talked the the service manager on the phone and gave him the details. He said he'd look into and get back to me. I don't like getting people in shit but when the CSR disappears and I'm 1 to 1 1/2 hours past my quoted time then it's time to complain.

Other than that I am picking up a friend at the airport and also taking my daughter to her therapist. Adult blogs will be wedged in between.
