It has warmed up here and feels like winter in South Florida again.

I finally made it back to the gym yesterday. Spent 30 minutes on the treadmill and 5 minutes on the StairMaster in addition to doing a bunch of resistance weight machines and was pain free throughout it all so it seems that my leg surgery was a complete success although the incisions are still annoying the fuck out of me.

We have a friend coming in from DC today so I guess we will be doing the tourist hospitality thing this weekend.
