A good rule of thumb.. When a co. is asking for a set up fee or registration fee for a job. It's usually a scam.

I've worked with an escort co. and the drivers usually pick up the girl at the beginning of their shift. Then they wait for the call from the dispatchers while they are in the field.

IMO this should be done locally. not far away where you cant go to their office and collect $$ or choke the guy who's giving you a hard time.
