Bought Artisteer and it is the best thing that I ever did. There is a fully functional demo except it won’t save until you pay for it but it's only $50.

I spent a few hours learning it and perfecting a 3 column layout and then once I had it, saved it and now I just change the colors and stuff around for each new blog. Now I can do a new design in just a few minutes. Changing the width of the bog or of each column is extremely easy. It's a designer's dream.
