I'm a newbie also but I can tell you from reading NUMEROUS!!! rules that it depends entirely on the list owner.

Some are happy with 'doorway' pages (like a-22.html) whilst others specify it must be an index.html page.


The only way you'll know for sure is to do the leg work and read EVERY one of the link lists rules.

Thankfully for us lowely gallery submitters many of the sites are ok with doorway pages.
