Fonz you are up early. It's like you are in a different time zone or something.

Our gym replaced a bunch of the machine with used new ones from a closed gym. Naturally I had to try a bunch of them out and now I'm so sore that I can barely move.

Just a day of work planned and then this evening we are going to a local park to watch the crazy Pagans beat on drums while fire dancing as we all indulge in
