You should be getting a follow-up email if you contact them; says something like this:

Thank You for your email. From oct 14th- oct 17th (approx) we have been experiencing a glitch in our affiliate back end system which may have shown that your account is suspended. Please disregard this suspension message until we can correct this error in our system. I apologize for any problems this glitch may have caused you. Please be assured all of your sales are being tracked regardless of the suspension notice and you will still be compensated as normal for all sales during this period.
