New submission form

Helping Holister to push things in this direction a little and maybe set new trend I also added this feature to my LL.
I had recip hardcoded on my submission page so it was exactly the same as submission url. But now when you go to submission page and clicking ?lazy button, you have two simple buttons/options to choose from, "s" recip on submission page or "d" recip on root index of that domain.
I don't know if that makes sense but when you go to that page you will know what to do. Very easy.
