Another couple weeks, and it may be 4:20 day all the time up here!!!

The case, known as R. v. Mernagh made headlines when the Ontario Superior Court declared not only the medical marijuana program unconstitutional, but the prohibitions on production and possession of marijuana as well.

Next appearance is May 7-8, and the government, instead of trying to remedy the situation, has moved in the complete opposite directon to what the court said!

With the Global Marijuana March happening May 5 in Toronto, there's going to be like a pre-fight vibe going into Monday May 7 court appearance.
