I have already read the thread with JustRobert and VirgoHippy.

My point is this: I don't want to have to fucking call them, I don't want to make and pay for an international phone call just to get some support.

I realised one of my neglected blogs needed updating. They don't even offer PHP5. I couldn't upgrade the blog to get rid of possible spam issues. No reply to numerous support emails. Sure, they're happy enough to charge the credit card but I need more than that.

I'm not happy about this situation. Because I can't even raise them to organise SSH access I will have to upload all of my sites to the new host by hand. I have better things to do with my time.
