I use MailWasher - it's free for single email addy usage and it has saved me at least an hour a day dealing with spam. It has a blacklist and a FriendsList and lets you review if you wish all the incoming mails. It is also plugged into SpamCop and ORDB databases. I'm with you. I've been using MailWasher and TheBat! combined for some time now. MailWasher does his job pretty good.
