I never understood the reasoning behind banning whole ISP emails. There are 13 million people in Ontario and Rogers is one of the major internet cable providers.
Just me 2 cents on that as I've seen this at other sites as well.

Ok I'll take @rogers.com off my ban list, but if I start getting slammed with assholes using it again it is going back.

I still think people should use their domain name and not the address that they get from their ISP.
