Getting spammed from someone opening numerous isp accounts is a good reason. Somebody must be pissing people off because @rogers.com is banned at some TGPs as well.
Another issue is banning the entire nameserver of a host. I remember when ProHosters nameservers were banned at many places. WTF? Banning the nameserver of a host? Well I just picked up a server at ExtremeRack and one TGP I submit to has their nameservers banned. Jesus there's honest people hosted there too.

From day one I used my ISP email because as a submitter I never really owned any sites like I do now. I am heavily considering a change to my webmaster email though. I use it for some sites when submitting and it would help in recoginition too I think.
