Woke up early, mediated for 20 minutes, then ran 1.96 miles according to my phone tracking program!
Went grocery shopping at 7am. Eggs, blueberries, and refilled some jugs of water. Tried to carry it all to the checkout line, but my blueberries slid off, hit the floor and exploded into 30 berries of shame.  The rest of the day will be work, Pomodoro style, following by reading a book, playing some chess and cooking a nice dinner. Excited to experiment with my new Wok, red peppers and fresh vine tomatoes! <3 cleo and greenguy
