![]() What happened to my life of making six figures and working less than two hours a day?!?
![]() Working insane hours these days for a fraction of the money, but at least I am making money. Just got yet another client last night and this one paid me in full up front. ![]() Plus today my first Air BnB guest is arriving from England. She wanted to know the bus route from the airport to my front door. Had to explain to her the this is Ft. Laud. and we barely have public transportation and the nearest bus stop to my place is almost a mile away. Told her to take a cab. Not sure what she is doing though. Going to start working on my latest install of Wordpress on Godaddy for my new client. Had planned on doing adult work today, but clients paying up front come first. ![]() |

Good Morning!
![]() Guess what I got today.....MY ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This did put me in a very good mood, even after running numbers yesterday & realizing we'll run out of money by the end of the year, and hearing from my disability lawyer that I still don't have a hearing date...hell! That's 6 months from now ![]() ![]() ![]() Took pics of all my old Opie & Anthony shirts yesterday, after I searched eBay for some & only found 1 that's listed for $50 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Quote:

Plus my rich playboy neighbor died that year. He was paying my thousands a month to care for his cats and take care of his Florida estate.

More like 2009 mortgage crisis
![]() 2008 stock market wasn't good either but it wasn't so bad either. But 2009 is when I saw the massive income drop in my paysites' incomes. My wire (pure profit from my paysites) in Sept 2009 was 33% Lower than 4 months earlier in May 2009. That's 1/3 income drop in 4 months when the mortgage crisis hit. ![]() |

Good Morning
![]() For me 2008 showed shaky grounds but it was 2009, at least for me, when income dropped rather quickly and did not recover. Anyhoo, typical work day around here with an errand to run, pick up some lunch and a nap to round it all out. |

I am in the same boat as you guys. I'm trying to expand into mainstream and software but there is not enough time in the day it seems.

That's my problem too. I've started getting a lot of work, but it's so time consuming that I'm killing myself trying to keep up. Hopefully at some point it will become profitable enough to hire help, but right now it isn't.

OK, so I am probably the last person on the planet to do this. But today I got dragged up to date and caught up with the 20th century (just a shame it is now the 21st century).
Today I signed up, for the first time in my life, for a mobile 'phone contract! Never had one before. A few years ago the friend whose dogs I look after during the day decided I needed to have a mobile in case I had an accident while walking the dogs (he was not worried about me, just about his dogs) so he lent me a 'phone for when walking them. And on the rare occasions I needed one I used that. So I never got a 'phone myself. But since I have recently gone into pre-production for my first short film, I needed a 'phone just for film production. Did not want to spend loads, but did not want a burner, so I went for the cheapest sim only deal I could find online and got a cheap second hand 'phone from a stall near the station. Didn't want a steep learning curve with the 'phone. Rather that buying the best in my price range I worked out that the easiest learning curve is a zero curve. So I showed the guy the phone my friend lent me and said "I want one identical to that." Am now in possession of an old, out of date Blackberry, and early next week the sim should arrive, putting me (at last) on a par, communication wise, with everyone else on Earth! |

Ecchi, you should've bought the best expensive iphone6 or note4 that comes with a 24 month plan, sell it on ebay unopened for 500 quid and left with free 24 month plan after.

OK, would you prefer "portable telephonic communications device"?
The problem with this is that in Britain, if you sign up for a package that comes with a portable telephonic communications device, the portable telephonic communications device comes locked to a network, and no one buys a locked portable telephonic communications device. So before selling it I would have to get it unlocked which, for an I-portable telephonic communications device-6 costs between £60 and £70 (about $100). And after that it would no longer be "new and unopened" it would be "opened and buggered about with in a way that voids the warranty", which would get a lot less money on eBay! |
