Just as a note on this -- it does work, but it is very finicky on what host it works on. It is allergic to your host. I used to have it on mine as well, but then it decided it was no longer going to work there. I have noticed that other TGPx sites have gotten away from it. When I submitted to Outlaw TGP, they will do an auto-create for you, but I think it is best to make one and upload it.

Another way to do it is for the reviewer to make the thumb (which is very often what I do).

I could possibly do this but not really sure I want to add that to my daily list of chores.
