Greenie -the secret to selling your home quickly is to set a ridiculously low price, and then accept an offer thousands below that already low price. That's what we did.

The OFFICIAL closing (allegedly) is Monday at 3pm. That's why I have been MIA. I have been putting actual effort into getting rid of shit rapidly. I keep wandering back and forth between complete happiness to complete panic. I'll be so happy when it's done and over.

I have a large, heavily worn sectional sofa on my front lawn if anyone needs a piece of furniture that smells like me and dog.
