I had to go look through my submissions, I like what this person does with their recips.
http://www.hardcoresexporno.com/free/spc/ It has all the right info, but makes them look so neat and tidy. Personally as long as you link to the pages I ask you to link to, with the text, you can make them look any way you want. I know mine are big and rather gaudy, lol.
