I have one webmaster that submits to be every day, and every day it is the same horrible crappy template with the same sort of horrible crappy undersized images, the same 12 link money bar to the same crooked sponsors... I banned him... and he STILL submits (I track rejected submits as well...). You tell me what else can I do?

It's a waste of time.

I feel your pain, but have you sent him an email and tell him to come to GGandJim to learn? That's what I'd do.
