Cliff's Notes: Mojo recently asked for testimonials. I sent one in about how their tech Jerry basically recoded the 16yo unsupported script that runs the Link O'Rama when upgrading my server, thus saving my site. Jerry found out yesterday what I sent in & emailed me a personal "Thanks!". That's when the "it's a fucking thankless job" thing popped into my head, so now, once a month, I'm going to open a ticket just to say thanks
