G'morning

Inspection of flat went well.
The 'inspector' cheers for the wrong team (our neighbor-city and biggest rival) so we basically spoke more about soccer than the flat. (or football as we call it, since we actually use our feets

)

It's a great day weather-wise and my best friend has detected me being a bit under the weather, so I'm going to visit her and her husband.
Will be nice to see some decent people.

But first, work.
