Morning
Back started to hurt yesterday after getting out of a chair so I slept with a heat wrap which always helps and it felt fine first thing this morning and then while brushing my teeth it fell out. This has happened only once before and it was a few years back. It feels as if the spine slips off it's axis hitting nerves that shoots pain up to my teeth and down thru my toes at the same time. I have fallen out of doing my back care exercises when my wife was diagnosed with cancer. This was/is a mistake I'm paying for now.
Worst part is the trip that I have to take my wife on so I need to get it bearable enough for me to drive the 6 hours to her family and the party they are throwing for her. Looks like a lot of heat, ice and stretching thrown in with a lot cursing and whimpering like a bitch today and tomorrow.
