Morning... Just as I had the daily birthday post ready to cut and paste here - the power goes out and stays out the better part of a hour. Even when it came back up, it bounced on and off a few times. I lost so much work this morning. Then I had the inlaws here most of the day. I feel like I am in a train wreck.

Greenie -- Deep Breath. This is Monday. Heat/Ice.. rest.. let those achy muscles have today and probably tomorrow. Lots of fluids like water. As you start to feel better you will find what you need. Just don't look for it, and magically it will be there. As to the cleaning part (YUCK!) maybe Yell & Co can lend a hand for a day. Heal fast!
