Anyone Talk With UW Recently?

My VPS with ServerHub is the victim of a major disk failure for the second time in three months. Last time, they had me fully restored within a few days. Now, I have been down since the 23rd. They have continued to claim that they are working on it, but they have suddenly emailed me new IPs on a fresh install of CentOS without even the control panel I pay for. I have to keep begging for an update, and each response comes very slowly. They seem to be implying that they may not be able to restore my sites. If that is the case, I'm done. I won't even bother uploading my old backups.
