Yeah, I used the same CHMODs as recommended in the docs, uploaded everything in ASCII into the same file structure as noted in the docs, rechecked, checked and then mumbled a few obcentities at it afterwards.
 Honestly, I can't really see why it won't work. I said the hell with it and will end up doing some studys into php scripts at other sites. It'll be a good learning experience if anything. Who knows, It may end up working one of these days...or I'll end up getting enough knowledge about scripting to write my own script. Oh well, shit happens. Thanks for the input anyways.
