Uh, the only rakes I have seen used in the forests are the ones to gather berries. Cleaning? Really? No, I have never seen this either. Finland and California are about the same size. We have 5.5 million people, mostly living in the south. We all have equal, free access to the forests, and many do go walking but they don't rake and clean. We did have very serious forest fires this last summer, fed in part by a drought. So did Sweden.
I don't know what this guy is smoking or consuming but it has warped his mind. Our president said that he never mentioned raking our forests to 45. Between the two, my money is on Ninistö as far as honesty and integrity goes. As he speaks excellent English I doubt any translator messed things up for him either.
Yet again, 45 leads the news casts but not in a good way at all.
