We were down near Helsinki yesterday, taking my cousin to meet her half-brother. Today, the house is unnaturally quiet and empty. We had so much fun, and The Husband was introduced to golf. I think we have a new addict! He and my cousin's husband have been talking about where on our property The Husband can set up a driving range and putting green along with chattering about buying clubs.

This is the longest day of the year for us. The sun will barely set before it rises. It is also uncomfortably hot, so I am going to retreat back into my cave and try to get things back in line again.
