 I'm up & moving. Don't feel that horrendous today, but it's early  It's the usual Tuesday for me: The Bitch has physical therapy, the ASSIL needs a ride, and a much needed visit to the chiro. Hoping to be able to do some work as well...  Yesterday: Quote:

G'day
 At last my tummy has started to behave in a reasonable fashion. I even managed to eat a dinner today, without getting ill again  Some AA stuff later today, so I will answer the nap calling, now. Quote:
