G'day
 Completely worn out from yesterday, I stretched it way too far. However, today's appointment got cancelled and suddenly I had a day off. Almost, at least. I've spent the morning on  By gOD, quitting those meds have made wonders to my energy, motivation and stamina.  is good but bored. Will get a lengthy walk later.Weather is OK. Enjoy your day J  lly |
