Morning.
 Jolly, glad to hear that you're hanging in there. Hopefully, cooler temps are on the way and your burdens are lifted. Jai-Ling, happy day before your birthday! I like your partner's approach to work. We are going to see a condo today for our daughter. I want to downsize from 2 to 1 bedroom before we all have to quarantine again in the fall. The market which has been very good in Toronto the last number of years and it frightens me. Other than that, some household chores and web work. Have a good one!
