Hi there

Not the best day. A couple of hours ago I got a sad phone-call.
A 40y old bloke I've been in contact with was found dead this morning.
I've been regularly in contact with him for some time, to be a support for his fight against substance abuse.
Most likely he died of alcohol, might be self-inflicted as well.

So, this day went down the drain.
