5/22/2021 - Missed weigh in so had to run 50 laps
5/29/2021 232.4 lbs
6/05/2021 231.4 lbs

6.6lbs 2.7% of bodyweight (i think)

Bad week for me. Had a BBQ with the neighborhood kids to start off the week. Lots of carbs

Only walked 1 day. But the pool is warmer now so I will be getting some laps in this week and hopefully doing a bunch more walking. Going to try to make it a real low carb week but those Sonic Milkshakes keep calling my name.
