Thankfully no sad news from me. I been outside digging already and now cooling down. I'll get breakfast here in a moment, shower, grocery store run and then grunt work until late this afternoon when the notary shows up with paperwork on selling the rental

F1 starts today but I'll just watch recaps of practice until tomorrow qualifying and Sundays race.
