Sorry to hear that Ramster. Nights like that aren't fun at all. At least your team is making some good moves these past couple of days. It's going to be fun watching the Sens next season.
I'm working out on the deck today. I don't get to do this very often. Played ball last night and the legs and lower back are feeling it today. I'll be ok, I just need to remember to properly stretch before and after games.
