 Up and working away, got my  July is almost over, the summer is flying by! Work all day today then we get the Grandson for the weekend again late afternoon. Have a good Friday  |

Sad but true, Ramster. I was looking forward to being in the outdoors a lot this summer. With COVID soaring to biggest numbers ever in Tokyo my anticipation is diminished.
Off to a BDay party on Sat for a family member. Always staying close to the family.

I find iherb supplement "dopa mucuna" to be an excellent daily addition to curb appetite while helping to fend off the blues.
