Hi  I'm completely worn out after a week of monster-walks. So today is off. Tomorrow I will be evaluated so I might get a course in being bipolar. (I've heard a lot of good things about this, so it's tempting). It's pouring down rain, and the temp is around 0C, so walking is generally an extreme-sport  Take care  |
