Good Morning
 Yesterday was not good as the back pain got worse through the day. It is a different pain than what I've been dealing with so I think this will pass but damn it looks like another day or more of heat/ice. This really is a reminder that I should not push through signs of stopping just to get something done  That's it for me soo Enjoy your Wednesday! |
