Good Morning

Back is still hurting but it has gotten better which is a good sign.

Need to run a couple of errands that I put off the past couple of days because of the back. Other than this it's the same old thing here with no outside work being done.

F1 weekend starts tomorrow so I need to set up my recordings

Up very early, and today it was not

Doctor appointment and article writing has filled most of the day.
Guess I'll relax with some gaming this evening
