Because if you pay for your own hosting then you do not have a host for a partner.
For the record that $49 plan comes with 75 gigs of BW. It is a good starter plan. BW is dirt cheap now. Personally I pay for way more then I find I can use each month since it has gotten so cheap that it is no longer even thought about. |
