Just a reminder that there's no radio show today because I have to go in front of the town board & bag them to let me build a shelter on my land - I guess there's some stupid law on the books that you can't have over x% of your property covered with dwellings (something about you just popping up building all over your property - LOL) The shelter I want to build will put me over the % so I have to go & ask them if it's ok - plus I guess they tell my neighbor's what I plan on doing & they get to come in & say no if they want, which sucks because I don't really get along with my neighbors - LOL

These rules seem to be international.. and what about an underground shelter with green grass on the roof?
Or you may assure dear neighbors that they also can use the shelter..?
