Aw, Dad, you've done a lot of great things, but you're a very old man, and old people are useless

doorway pages, what works best?
As far as doorway pages, which is better:
From www.xxx.com/site/doorway.html directing to www.xxx.com/site/main.html or www.xxx.com/site/doorway/index.html directing to www.xxx.com/site/main.html Should I accept both? Pros/cons?

#1 is probably the safest, with more & more link lists wanting everything in the same directory.

Err, I guess I'm talking about mirrored entrance pages. I've noticed rules against everything not being in the same directory, but it seems most of my submissions use that layout. |doh|
